When I arrived to the place, I started to find the recipient but to my surprise they didn’t know her. They told me that only one person bared that name. I begun to ask the sari-sari store if by a chance they can point it to me, but still none. They asked me if she’s a permanent resident on the area, but how could I know that. To all our customer, if your recipient stays in a rented place, please indicate the name of the landlord/landlady or the name of that certain boarding house.  You can write ” In care of ” in your recipient’s information or to make sure you can write the special instruction in the message box (where you can write your message for your recipient). It’s important to indicate those in the address so that your order can be delivered in the short amount time. We cannot expect too that everybody knows each other

Brigada Eskwela is a requirement before enrolling to all public schools (Both Elementary  and High School) in the Philippines. Brigada is just about cleaning and preparing the school for the opening of classes. For elementary, the parents are the one that does that part for their child. But for High School, the students itself are the one required to do it.

But, can you deliver at this area on this certain date with this product that I’m to going order?

Well, certainly we can deliver to a lot of areas here in the Philippines. We have delivery people in the key cities but we cannot guarantee of the delivery date. There are some circumstances that cannot be avoided especially our weather. We don’t know what lies ahead. Areas that we don’t have personal people, we use local courier and they are closed during Sundays. In spite of that, we do our best to deliver the order on the requested date.

As for the products that we have in our online store, not everything will be available for delivery in all places. Flowers, chocolates,  stuff animals, fruits, some food basket, can be delivered anywhere. But food like cakes or pastry are just available only to certain areas like, Davao City, General Santos City, Metro Manila, Cebu City and Cagayan de Oro City. Please note that when you are going to place your order especially if it is cake, reconsider the address of recipient.

So, if you want to request for a certain date of delivery make sure to place your desired order as early so you can. If you have certain stuff that you wish to order but it isn’t available in our store, don’t be hesitant to let us know. We are glad to assist you in any way we can. Don’t wait until it’s too late!

Since items per request is allowed, all you need to do is just email us the  delivery information and the items  that you wish to purchase so that we can arrange, inquire and send you the prices.

Our regular payment processor does not allow sales of some items which is also one of the reasons why we don’t have them in our website. As for this kind of circumstances, we use different payment method to take care of this matter.

Most of the items that are being requested are breakable items (which is one of the reason we just didn’t include it in our website). But it doesn’t just stop right there. Because it is still possible to get those kind of items. Just simply contact us to let us know an we will gladly take care of the rest.

There are also items that are only allowed for deliveries in certain places/cities. That is because some places are not included in the list of delivery areas of the courier. Which is why it is best to place your orders ahead of time so we can arrange the delivery and sometimes just have/hire an agent to personally deliver the items to your recipient. Most of the places that are not included in the list are places that are faraway from the City and some places that can only be reached by ship or boat (can’t be avoided since Philippines is composed of islands).
