Some of the newly signed up customer of WowPhilippines, sent us email regarding how to place their order. Today, we will enumerate the procedure in placing an order. Below are the guides:
First, you need to create an account in our online store (this is a reference also for your future records). After that, you can do shopping of anything you want to give for your loved one (please understand that there are some stuff like restaurant food that are limited to some areas only). After you choose the item that you wish to purchase, click Buy Now at the right side. You will be directed to the page of the product and then you can see some option whether you want to add something. If you want to add more, just continue your shopping. After shopping, you will be directed to What’s in my Cart Page. (In this page, you will see all the products that you chose). If you wish to remove some item from your cart, please check the small box at the left side of the product and click update at the bottom so that the product will be removed from your cart.
Next, click Check Out at the bottom and you will be directed to Delivery Information Page. In this page, you will see a Red Box that says: Click Here to Give Delivery Address. Click that box and provide all the necessary information about your recipient. Then click Continue at the bottom. You will be back at the Delivery Page again, however, you will see the details that you provide about the delivery address of your recipient.
Then at the bottom, there’s a box that says : Use the space below to add comments about your order, message to recipient, or you may also enter recipient address and phone number here. (Use that box for your personal message to your recipient or you may also put the address of your recipient in case you don’t know how to fill-up the recipient’s information on the form). Click the Continue button again right below the box. You will be then directed to Payment Information Page.
At the Payment Information Page, you will see your billing address and the purchase method. Then click Continue button and it will direct you to Order Confirmation Page.
After confirming your order (the delivery information, the list of product you wish to purchase and your billing address are all okay) Click Confirm Order at the bottom.
Lastly, you’ll be directed to 2Checkout site for the payment of your order. When you are paying at the 2Checkout site, you will be given the choice of paying through a number of major credit cards, and also Paypal will be one of the choices.
