At WowPhilippines our goal is that you are a satisfied customer. In fact, since our business involves selling gifts and what you buy will be delivered to somebody who is special to you, it is our goal to make you look good! We are very successful at this, but nobody is perfect. If some mistake is made, we want to make it right!
If there is any problem with any gift that we deliver for you, please let us know! In most cases, we can work it out to fix the situation and keep you looking good with your gift recipient. If, however, a refund is needed for the order, we are happy to work with you! We care about your business, and it is our goal that you are happy. If that means that we need to make a refund for items that you are order, we are happy to do so. Let us know, so that we can work things out in a way that is satisfactory!
