Our normal delivery/shipping charge is $5 per order.  This applies to more than 90% of our products.  For some products, if they are very heavy or very bulky, then shipping is more.  There are only a few such products on the website, and the item description will note the additional shipping fee.  Some of our gift baskets have a $10 delivery fee, and large sacks of rice have a $20 delivery fee.  Other than those, all items are $5 for shipping anywhere in the Philippines, even if you order multiple items on the same order.

WowPhilippines processes your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of the time that the order is placed, depending on the time/day of the order being made.  No shipping is done on Sundays, as our Courier service is not open on Sundays.  After shipping, for most parts of the Philippines the order is delivered in 24 to 48 hours after the items are shipped.

For deliveries in metro Davao City the delivery is done personally by an agent of WowPhilippines, this type of delivery does not require the use of a courier service. Sometimes we have our own delivery agents in other Metro areas like Manila and Cebu, but often courier shipment is required to those areas.

For deliveries, though, in more provincial areas, or areas where we do not have a delivery agent, the order is shipped through a local courier service and then dispatched to the address of the recipient.

Returns

If you purchase an item and it has a defect, we are happy to accept that for return and either exchange the item for a new one, or issue you a refund upon our receipt of the return of the item.  We believe in quality, world class customer service, and returns are handled professionally.
